General Event Questions

Buying / Selling / Trading at Events
I am an event attendee. Can I buy and/or sell cards with other players at an event?
No. We do not allow buying or selling of cards between attendees at any premier events without a dealer's table. Any exchange between individuals with cash involved is strictly prohibited. If the event is being held at a retail store, cash transactions are only permitted with the store personnel. If the event is being held in a non-retail venue, cash transactions are only permitted with dealers who are set up with dealer tables. Anyone found buying or selling cards without a dealer's table may be removed from the event, asked to leave the premises, and possibly banned from future events. Just don't do it.
Can I trade cards with other players at an event?
YES - Trading is perfectly OK at any of our events. Trades involving cash are NOT.
Cheating
What precautions are taken against players cheating?

What happens if you get caught cheating?
Any player caught cheating will be immediately disqualified from the tournament. We also reserve the right to ban anyone caught cheating from attending any future tournaments sponsored by Shuffle Up Events.
